Our Service
ZULprof provides local SEO services to independently-owned local businesses, designed to achieve a top 3 Google Maps ranking within 90 days.

Scope of Services
Services include a Google Business Profile audit and optimization, onsite SEO, citation building, weekly posting, weekly status updates, and ongoing support during the engagement.

Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide access to their Google Business Profile and website in a timely manner. We notify the client before making any major changes.

The Guarantee
If a top 3 Google Maps ranking is not achieved within 90 days, the client receives a full refund, assuming timely client cooperation as described in Section 3.

Payment
Payment is due in full, upfront, before work begins.

Exclusivity
ZULprof will not work with a competitor in the client’s industry and service area for the duration of the engagement.

No Guarantee of Specific Revenue
Ranking improvement is guaranteed; an increase in revenue or leads is not. Conversion depends on factors specific to the client’s business.

Limitation of Liability
ZULprof’s total liability under this agreement is limited to a refund of the amounts paid by the client.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
